Luci Di Venezia

“Lights of Venice” was a solo exhibition in September 2019 by George Păunescu displayed at the Piccola Galleria dell’Istituto Romeno di Cultura e Ricerca Umanistica in Venice. It featured plein-air works in oil on canvas, oil on cardboard, and tempera on paper that captured the melancholy, mystery, and timeless architectural beauty of Venice through the artist’s expressive contemporary landscape style.
